01.Who We Are and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ZAMANI DYNAMICS, operator of the ZamaniFlow platform (“ZamaniFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when customers, businesses, staff, and other authorized users use ZamaniFlow: the website, the application, queue management, appointments, check-ins, notifications, payment integrations, and related services.

ZAMANI DYNAMICS is an Entreprise individuelle registered in Dakar, Senegal (RCCM SN.DKR.2026.A.27619, NINEA 013235305). ZamaniFlow is its product. Registration details are published on the business information page.

02.Information We Collect

• Contact and account information: the name, telephone number, and email address you give when you join a queue, book an appointment, create an account, or accept a staff invitation; account identifiers; and, for staff, the role and queue assignments the business sets.
• Queue and appointment information: the business and queue you chose, your ticket number and position, party size, join and service times, appointment time and reference, check-in and service status, and the staff member assigned to you.
• Business information for businesses that use ZamaniFlow: business name, category, locations, hours, logo, staff roster, plan and subscription status, and platform configuration.
• Notification information: the channels you chose (push, email, SMS), the addresses or tokens needed to reach you on them, and delivery records.
• Device and technical information: browser and device information, IP address, application and security logs, and error diagnostics (with personal details removed before they are sent for monitoring). Your tickets are also kept in your own browser’s storage so they survive a refresh.
• Location, only when you ask: if you choose “Use my current location” on Discover, your browser shares your position once to sort nearby businesses; it is not stored.
• Support and other communications you send to ZamaniFlow.
• Limited payment-related information: transaction reference, provider, status, amount, currency, and timestamp for Fast Pass and membership purchases. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own pages and are not stored by ZamaniFlow.

03.Why We Use Information

• Provide accounts, queues, appointments, check-ins, merchant dashboards, and related features.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, detect misuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Send operational queue, booking, appointment, payment-status, and security notifications.
• Facilitate integrations with authorized payment providers.
• Provide support, maintain records, improve performance, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

04.Merchants and Data Roles

A participating business may receive information necessary to provide the service requested by its customer. Merchants must use personal information only for legitimate and lawful purposes. Depending on the processing activity, ZamaniFlow and the merchant may have different legal responsibilities; those responsibilities should be allocated in the Merchant Agreement and, where appropriate, a Data Processing Addendum.

05.Payment Providers

ZamaniFlow may connect to independent mobile-money, card, banking, or payment-technology providers. The selected provider may independently process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZamaniFlow provides software and integration technology and does not hold itself out as a bank, mobile-money issuer, or licensed payment institution.

06.Sharing

We may share personal information with:

• The business selected by the customer, where necessary to deliver the requested service.
• Cloud, hosting, communications, analytics, security, support, and other processors necessary to operate ZamaniFlow.
• Authorized payment providers for payment-related functionality.
• Professional advisers and authorities where disclosure is legally required.
• ZamaniFlow does not sell personal information as part of its ordinary business model.

07.International Transfers

Some service providers may process information outside Senegal. ZamaniFlow will assess applicable requirements and use appropriate safeguards and formalities for cross-border transfers where required.

08.Retention

ZamaniFlow retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and other legitimate purposes. Queue and appointment history stays with the business that served you; payment records are kept as accounting requires. Tickets stored in your own browser remain there until you clear them. You can ask for deletion at any time through the contact below, and we will act on the request subject to the records we must keep.

09.Security

ZamaniFlow uses risk-based technical and organizational safeguards, which may include encryption in transit, secure credential management, role-based access, authentication controls, logging, backups, vulnerability management, and incident-response procedures. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

10.Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request information about processing and may have rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection. Requests may require identity verification and can be submitted to admin@zamaniflow.com. Marketing messages are sent only after an explicit choice, which can be withdrawn the same way; push and email notifications can also be turned off in your device or browser settings.

11.Notifications and Marketing

Operational messages necessary to provide the service should be distinguished from optional marketing. Where consent or another legal basis is required, ZamaniFlow will provide the appropriate choice and withdrawal mechanism.

12.Children

ZamaniFlow is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children except where the service, participating business, applicable law, and appropriate authorization permit it.

13.Changes and Contact

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. The current version shows its effective date above.
